The yarn content decreases sharply from 27.94% to 0.60%, meaning impurities are efficiently eliminated. At the same time, the two broken knots found in the raw material are completely eliminated in the finished product, effectively preventing downstream yarn breakage risks.The final fiber composition is 39.2% cotton, 60.8% polyester, with traces of elastane — fully demonstrating that our production line can efficiently handle blended waste textiles.
